Well, we've been minimizing our time on the computer since it started acting up and it hasn't seemed to have any major problems again. So, I'm going to resume normal computer use. We'll see. Still not sure what was going on. We did do the defragmenting thing so, hopefully it is fixed. I think it has something to do with the US Cable Modem because we didn't have any problems when we were in Quincy.
Well, this weekend was fast a furious. Friday night, Allen had to work of course. Saturday , I made a trip to the Hannibal Farmers Market. It's not as big as the Quincy one, not nearly as many choices, but the prices are better. I was able to get three summer squash and one cucumber for $1! O, and four green peppers for a $1 too! :)
Later we had "movie night" at our house. Grandma Hazel is leaving for Arizona the first week of October so we don't have very much time left to get to see her. So, we planned a movie night. Which kind of turned into crazy night at Amber and Allen's, LOL! We had Caleb, Josh, Charlotte, Andy, baby Kristen, Allen, Grandma, and myself all together! The movie we watched ended up being a very violent and serious movie. I thought it was supposed to be funny, but it wasn't so I was disappointed. Wasn't much a family movie night movie, to say the least. Then somehow we all managed to make it to church, almost on time on Sunday. HUGE thank you to Grandma Hazel for helping out with the automobile situation. I joked that I need a van. LOL! I shouldn't joke about that...soon enough it will be true! (Eventually...) It was really cool for everyone to be at church together.
Allen and I have decided to get a new puppy, so we are now watching the paper. We are looking for a smooth black and tan mini-doxie. YAY! :)
